The Trust is committed to getting feedback from our tenants to ensure that their needs are being met and finding out whether there are things we could do to ensure the tenants homes are as user friendly for their disability needs. In order to ensure we are getting this feedback, we embark on a round of Tenant Surveys every two years with a view to asking our tenants how we, as a Trust, could improve their ability to maintain their independence for as long as possible in their home.
Part of the survey covers what areas could we consider upgrading or changing, what features we could install and what aspects of their homes we could alter to improve accessibilty. We really value the tenant’s participation in these surveys so we know how each individual tenant is enjoying living in their home and what, if any, improvements we could make for them. These surveys capture very valuable information for the Trust so we know that we are “going the extra mile” for our tenants.
Please check out “The Extra Mile” page for some examples of improvements/developments we have made for our tenants following on from information gathered during these surveys 🙂
