For all tenant/property enquiries, questions about repairs or damage from our existing tenants should be referred to Assure Rentals on their 24 hour contact number 021 920 886 or email tony@assurerentals.co.nz

Any other enquiries should be made by email to: admin@accessiblehousing.org.nz

We are interested not just in hearing from prospective tenants, but also in receiving feedback about housing issues that people with disabilities face, such as:

  • What are the housing issues that the disabled community New Zealand wide faces?
  • What accessible features do you have, want, need or like?
  • What works in your area?

If you are interested in applying for a home:

You can get in touch with us via two ways;

Firstly, you can complete the Online Enquiry and Eligibility Form found at the bottom of our home page. Once completed this will send electronically to our Trust Administrator (there is no need for you to print the form off to fill it out) who will lodge your application. Kevin, our housing manager, will then get in touch with you.

Secondly, as an alternative, you can print off a paper copy via a link at the bottom of the home page, fill it out and scan it and email it back to admin@accessiblehousing.org.nz
